Yes. We offer in-person sessions in Georgetown, secure online video sessions, and telephone counselling anywhere in Ontario.

How long is a typical session?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Extended sessions can be arranged when helpful — we'll discuss what suits your goals during intake.

Do you work with couples and youth?

Yes. We work with individual adults, couples, and youth (ages 12–24). Family members can be invited into sessions when it supports the work.
